Young Hands, Creative Ideas
Catechism children added a creative dimension through stalls displaying artwork made using coconut shells, husks, leaves and natural materials – showing how creativity, reuse and care for creation come together.
A TASTE OF TRADITION
The Coconut Kitchen
One of the highlights was the Coconut Kitchen, where parish SCCs showcased the remarkable versatility of the coconut through homemade dishes and delicacies, celebrating its place in Goan cooking and traditional food culture.
THE COCONUT EXHIBITION
A Tree of a Hundred Uses
The exhibition invited visitors to discover the many ways the coconut has shaped Goan homes, livelihoods, cuisine, culture and sustainable living.
